Counter-Notification
If your content has been removed from Android Hope due to a DMCA takedown notice, and you believe that your content should not have been removed or that you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification. To file a counter-notification, please provide the following information:
Identification of the material that was removed: Describe the material that was removed or disabled, including the URL where it was located on Android Hope before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury: Confirm that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

Your consent to jurisdiction: Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the federal district court for the Central District of California if your address is outside of the United States).

Repeat Infringers
Android Hope reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
